Default need help with correct string nock position

i need some help this is my first fall away rest and its a drop zone by trophy ridge. can anyone help me as far as what the correct string nock location is when using a fall away. and do you set the nock with the rest up or down?

You need to set the string nock in the shooting position, up!, if you are useing a release set appr. 1/8 to 1/4 above centerline, if you are shooting a tab or glove set it at centerline. Adjust if needed when paper-tuneing.
