Default drop zone tune?

Its been a while since I have had to tune a rest (4 years w/ savage drop) now I have switched to a Drop Zone. My ? is simple I just can't rember which way to move my rest to correct my arrow flight. When shooting w/ bare fletch the arrow will hit the ground 18" in front of the target (low). Do I move it up or down? My guess is up.
