Gold Tip Spine Advice

My local bow shop cut me 6 arrows and told me he cut them to 26" - When measuring from very end of the field point to the very end of the nock they are a little over 27". Not including the field point and the nock they are under 26".

First question, what length arrow am I actually shooting?

Second Question is would you recommend the 3555 500's or the 5575 400's acording to my setup below

If I may I'll answer in reverse order.

5575 and no doubt about it.

Secondly, the correct way to measure arrows is: from the deepest part of the nock groove to the end of the cut shaft.

You do not include the length added by the insert although this is only about 1/8", nor do you include the point.
