Default How often for tune-up?

Hey, everyone. I was just wondering how often you do any major tune-ups to your bow or take it to a shop for a tune-up. Is there a certain number of shots that you use to gauge when it's time?

Also, what kinds of things should I have looked at when I do take it in?

Thanks...

I do everything my self. With my hoyts I don't need to totally take them a part and d a thourough cleaning anymore because of the sealed ball bearings, so I just measure evrything when it is in perfect tune and write those numbers down. Things like brace hieght, ata, peep hieght, nock setting hieght, etc. Then all you have to do is recheck those numbers just to make sure eveything is in good working order.
