Default Arrow Chatter??

I recently started shooting a string loop whenI went to the VectrixandI began to notice alot of chatter between my arrow and the rest. What can cause this, and can it be fixed/avoided without purchasingdifferent equipment?

Are you saying that the arrow is bouncing up off the prongs as you draw back? If so, the way to "fix" it is to drop the poundage so that you're more smooth as you draw it back and over the breaking point of the cam.

Make sure the bottom knot on the loop hasn't slipped upwards, causing the knots to pinch the arrow nock. I usually use serving thread and tie in a small locator between the arrow nock and bottom loop knot to keep that from happening.

It might help a bit to wax your arrows.

Arthur, I love your Winston Churchill quote. He had many good ones, but that is one of my favorites.

ARthur P.......I think you stole the thread. I just read your Winston Churchill quote and had quite a chuckle.
