Default easy paper

i am looking for a way to easily set up a way to papertune my bow at home. i dont have a large backstop, just a 2'x2' fieldpoint layered target. at the shops they have a huge wall to shoot at so accuracy doesnt matter. is this possible or do i need to go toa shop.

Well, you don't have to. I made a stand to hold the paper out of 1''x1'' cedar, and reinforced it at all the corners. It is actually very stable for 1''x1''. You should be fine with your 2'x2' target for a backstop. Thats basically all I have. Just rig it so that it sits the same hieght as your paper, and about 4'-6'behind it. There are rescources on the internet on how to do it, but i find that Eastons Tuning Guide is the best. Good Luck.

How big of a piece of paper are you shoot at? If the paper is smaller than your target you should be able to hit the target if you are standing in line with it. As long as you don't put the paper way in front of the target. Put the paper just far enough away from the target that the arrows clear the paper, maybe give them an extra 5 or 6 inches or so. Don't set the target 10 or 20 yards away from the paper.

Also keep in mind when you paper tune you want the paper and target at a height that is level with your bow. You don't want to be shooting through the paper at a downward or upward angle. You want it to be at a 90 degree angle to you and the bow.
