BOWTECH PATRIOT VFT TUNE UP

I have a Bowtech Patriot VFT. Love the bow a great shooter. I am about to change out the cable and string just because of age and wanted to know if when you tune your bow what is the proper sequential order. Cam orientation?? ATA??? BH??? Idler wheel deflection?????

Also, when you measure ATA is it center to center of pins or inside to inside or outside to outside. Thats 1/4" difference depending on where you measure from. Have started doing this and these are some of the things I am coming across. I would guess that it would be C/C.

Idler wheel deflection to center of loop. Is this a concern???? Some procedures call for a 1/8" lean so at full draw your idler is centered??

Also what is the best cable/string I can use on this bow. Some strings are pre-stretched and does the materialmake a difference?? I use the bowfor hunting and 3-D. Appreciate any inputs. Sparky.

That bow needs to be nasty thats bucknasty contact gibblet here on the forum he's the best dang string maker I have come across.

Also, when you measure ATA is it center to center of pins or inside to inside or outside to outside.

Center to center.

Get the bow as close as you can to specs then make small adjustments for the cam rotation.

The cam should be marked either side of the limb if not then mark it before you start that should get it back into proper rotation.
