Default Problems with Martin single cams

Hi,

I was at the local pro shop the other day when a guy came by holding a camo single cam bow.It was a georgeous looking bow,so I asked him what it was,he said it was a Martin.I was talking to someone else at the time so I didn't recall if he mentioned the model or not.He said he was bringing it in to be repaired. He also mentioned three of his friends had the same problem.Does anybody out there know what model this could be and if their is a widespread problem?I don't recall what problem or what had to be repaired.Any info would be appreciated.

I haven't heard about any probs. I have been shooting my Panther Mag for a couple of years and haven't had any problem. No noticeable lean or eating strings or cables. I'm interested in this as well. Might be an excuse to buy a new bow, though

Hey Tree Hugger. Perhaps your best bet would be to ask your "local" pro shop. They should know since they have had four come in(as you say). Could you also list the name and number of that "local" pro shop so that I might also ring them up. My local pro shop has had ZERO problems. I am anxiously awaiting your reply.

Hello,

This is the name of the pro shop- The Archery Shack,2340 Holly Rd Neenah,Wisconsin 54956.It is not a Martin dealer, but it repaired the bow I mentioned in my previous post.Where the other three friends of the person that brought the Martin bow in got their bow fixed,I couldn't say.I now wish I would have gotten more information on the problem and the model of bow. This is the phone number-1-920-733-6824.

The Martin Fuzion Cam works great. I have a Cougar Magnum that is a real tack driver, fast, and quiet as well. Several gents I know have them as well. They have all been problem free to my knowledge. I have a lot of bows and as far as I am concerned the Martins are way under-rated. Terrific bang for the buck.
