Default String/arrow question?

How many twists should a string have per inch or two?
A buddy of mine just bought a FBear Code and the string has 1 twist per 2-3 inches. Is this ok?

Also, how will an arrow that is too stiff affect arrow flight and energy transfer from thebow to the arrow?

Default RE: String/arrow question?

a twist per 1-2" is the target range. w/ too few twists the string can actually parachute when fired, slowing everything down.

too stiff an arrow will cause bad tears and make walk back tuning pretty difficult if not impossible if its too stiff
