RE: Turbo Nock's
You will find many mixed opinions about the turbo nocks.
Some love them and think they are the best thing since sliced bread
Others....not so much.
I fall into the 2nd category. I bought a pack of them and tried them out. Once the bow was tuned and resighted to use the turbos, they seemed no better or no worse with respect to accuracy than the Blazer vanes or just about any other vane or feather I have used.
While I agree that they make fletching easier or essentially non existent, the fact that they pop off on a pass thru was not something that I was all that crazy about.
The other issue you need to keep in mind is that you MUST shoot a drop away rest in order to shoot them. They will not move out of the way like convential fletching so even the slightest contact with your rest will create some pretty horrendous arrow flight.
If you are curious, go ahead and buy some to try out. For me, I will stick with blazer vanes.
