Default Trophy Ridge Drop zone problem

A friend of mine has a drop zone which is giving him fit's ,it sure appear's to be set right ,but he's got a ton of contact issue's ,The contact seem's to be coming from the bottom .We've tried adjusting and also tried various fletching type's ,but all has failed . Has anyone else had a problem? and what did you do to correct your problem's?

It either appear's that the launcher is bouncing up and touching the vane's as the arrow pass's or the launcher is dropping too slow , I'm also wondering about the spring being week. Any idea's ? I haven't actually seen his bow in action ,I'm just going by what he's telling me .

Default RE: Trophy Ridge Drop zone problem

I have my arrows turned cock vane up on my DZ with no problems. I would make sure the 2 interior rods that the launcher rides on are not sticky with grease or something....just a thought. good luck
