Default drop zone owners- Noise?

i noticed a noise in my bow that i never noticed before i put the drop zone on. its almost like a "tink" sound.. its really hard to describe noise's through words. anyone else had one make a noise like this. i tightened EVERY thing on my bow so nothing is loose or was loose.or if u think it could be something else im all ears?

there are instructions somewhere on the net for taking that dz apart and putting a piece of astring leech under where the innards of the rest come down (not the launch arm).

I had to put a little piece of rubber underneath the launcher because it was hitting when the launcher dropped.

I must be lucky. My DZ is quiet. Been shooting the same rest for years.

sounds like its a known proablem. you would think if it was that known about the company would do something with the design!

We have a much easier and maybea better way to fix that problem with the Drop Zone rest. Use a medium to heavy nap moleskin and 'cup' it into the slot where the hook arm fits.
