Default Vane clearance/Tuning issue

Question for the tuning guys. I'm helping my cousin set up/tune his bow. It is a left hand Reflex Prowler. I purchased a new string from Giblet, (thanks Gilblet, nice string!!!), and put that on.

There is a clearance issue with the vanes and the cables. Shooting 340 easton axis with 4 inch standard fletch and they are contacting the cables while sitting on the rest, there appears to be about 1/8 inches of contact. I rotated the cable gaurd up and down and can get the vanes to clear but when I do that it appears that is really puts alot of torque/bind on the cables where they go through the gaurd? Seems like it is going to wear them very quickly.

We walk back tuned and his rest was too close to the riser and we got that moved out which helped but still contacting. Any suggestions? I thought about a lower profile slide but that is all I can come up with. Anyone familiar with these bows that has had a similar problem?

Thanks guys.

Does the rest allow for shooting cock vane out? Thats what cured my clearance issues with my BowTech. I'm shooting with a drop zone rest and now I have no issues.

No it doesn't. It is a NAP Quicktune so cock vane has to go down.

Crossed them above. Should be right on the reflex. We just moved the cable gaurd to get them toclear and he'll keep an eye on the cables. I watched while he drew and it wasn't pulling the string/cables to the side off of the cam so should be okI guess.
