With the calculator I have bookmarked (
http://www.bowjackson.com), what he said is right and will give you 401 grains if the arrow is fletched with three 4" vanes. The problem with that arrow is that its FOC is only 8.8, which is a bit too low. It's still in the right range for the arrow length, bow weight, and point weight, but it's leaning toward the underspined side. If you go with the 28" arrow with the 125 grain tip, you'll be at 409 grains and will have a FOC of 11.4, which is fine. You'll be borderline on the stiff side for arrow spine, but still in the good area. If you have to go borderline, it's better to go stiffer.

If I were you, I would definitely go with the 28" arrow with the 125 grain tip over the 30" arrow with the 100 grain tip.
