Do you mean for the process itself, or for something to hold the paper?

I have been using an old picture frame. It is fairly soft wood - made from beetle kill pine - and I just staple the paper on there - use a couple of C clamps to attach the bottom of the frame to the back of an old wooden chair. This lines up pretty close to the same height as the stand that the target sits on.

I cut a picture frame shape from plywood and hung it in my garage. The hole in the middle is about 18"x24". Butcher paper covers the hole perfectly. If I used it more often I would rig the paper roll onto the frame but it is not necessary with my occasional use.

I just built a standard A-Frame out of some scrap 1x1 and use bungee cords with clothesline clips to hold the paper taught. I built it pretty tall so it be at the hieght of the bow when Im shooting through it.
