Default problems with carbon express

I have been shooting carbon express arrows for 5-6 yrs now and have never had problems. This winter I bought a dozen 350 maximas, I have had 4 break on me already. The first understandable shot into a deer, but the other three have been shot into dirt, and they just blow apart. I honestly believe that these arrows are weaker than the carbon express 300's. Never had a problem with them. Just so you all know, I have a bunker built and the dirt is rock free, with exception to some marble sized rock, but not many. I was wondering if those that shoot these arrows have had the same problem or did I just get a bad batch? I love carbon express and don't like to say anything negative about them, but if this keeps happening I will have to think about switching to something else.

I loved the terminators. Still shooting them. I wish they still made the terminators.[:@]

We've sold I don't even know how many dozen in the last 6 months and I've not heard of any problems at all.

Are those terminator hunters or terminator xp's or lites?

I bought some terminator xp selects and 6 out of the dozen I can't use for hunting they were so bent. Trimming both ends made them useable but they were not very good. One was so bent I couldn't even use it.

LOL I did one better, I no longer give them my business. From now on I will get myarrows from Carbon Tech. I got a dozen from them and can use all 12 for hunting. And, if I need to call them, it will just be a long distance call here in the states .

That's all it would take if it impacts in the wrong spot. Carbons and rocks just don't go together, no matter what the size. You don't even have to be able to see a visible flaw for it to be there, next thing you know you've got half a carbon arrow sticking out of your bow hand. Get those rocks out of your sand or shoot an actual target. Bunkers work great for aluminum shafts but there's no way I'd shoot carbons into one! Would you run sandpaper down your shafts and expect them to hold up indefinitely?

I shoot the 250 maximas and never had one brokeon me before. I do some pretty tough testing with broadheads, i shoot into concrete blocks, bricks, 2x4's, andsteel barrels. I think you just got a bad batch.

You're right, I bet the Mexican Gold Tips would do much better! [:'(]
