Did a pretty extensive review of it:

Just do it, you will not be disappointed. Get one from MeanV on AT. $35-45 depending on camo or not. When I am at the range or 3D now Ican't believe the twang from every other bow there. They don't even seem to notice, but they sure comment on the low noise from my bow. Tell you what, you don't like it I 'll buy it from you and modify it if need be for my buddies bow. I assume you have a back hole from the stabilizer?

I like mine. There is a noticable difference in noise level with the STS in place. My bow was pretty vibration free before the STS. Now it is dead in my hand.

I'm sure you could machine one easy enough, but I would guess the warranty would be "out the window". Seriously, you won't take it off once you add it, you may have to play with the "gap" just a bit though.

At most, my Patriot is just about touching. They recommend adding some serving there, but I have not had any issues with at least 2000 shots so far.
