You're missing a key component of the equation - tip weight. 7595 is probably a good place to start. However, if you're shooting a real long arrow with a real heavy tip, they may not be stiff enough.

With a head that light, he should have no trouble getting the 7595s to work. For an ideal shooting arrow, he has to be willing to adjust arrow length, and/or draw weight to exactly match the spine of the arrow.

What is his draw length? You say he shoots a 29.5" arrow at 76#but that's all. Also, bow year, mfr, model. finger or release.

With that info a better answer can be given.

Example. My '07 Bowtech Allegiance will max out at 75#.If I would use a100 tip with my30" draw length and a 28.25" arrow and wraps the arrow is a little on the weak side but still considered good enough that no adjustments are necessary. If I would go to 29.5 the arrows would be weak with my set-up.

However, if I had a 28" draw the 29.5" arrows would be good but leaning towards the stiff side.

he shoots a martin with a release dont know year or model but the 76# is actual draw weight taken from pull scale at shop i think his draw legth is like 30 or 31 inches but with the wisker bisket he wants to shorten his arrows to gain some speed

If he has a 30" draw then he can use the 7595's. He'd have to stay under 28.25. Adding wraps will help stiffen the spine.

Have him draw an arrow back and mark an arrow. The length in from is personal choice. You can go as low as 1/4" if he bow has a draw stop. A lot of guys like to have at least 1.75" in front. That was the standard in order to clear the riser with a broadhead. However, with cut-out risers you can go shorter.
