These arrows aren't stiff enough for a bow that heavy. Not sure why the first ones worked and the second ones didn't; but the draw weight range for 2117 at 30" with a 100 gr. tip is 47 to 52 lbs. For a 64 lb. bow, you should be using 2315, 2219, or 2415 Easton aluminum arrow - at 30" with a 100 gr. point.

Check your vanes and make sure that they are not hitting the rest.

The spine is aweful soft for that draw weight and arrow length. You should be shooting a stiffer arrow.

Check the fletchings for wear from contact with the rest and check the rest for marks left by the fletching. It may be as simple as indexing your nocks so the fletchings clear through the rest. You can also put some talc on the rest to see if your fletchings hit it when you shoot.

There is a bit of fletch on my rest but i was shooting today and it seems the farther away i shoot the more tighter i group not sure why, but how do i fix the wearing of fletches, i know when buying my bow i had to shoot 10 different arrows and these are the ones i ended up with. i did what ever the archery shop told me to do to hold my bow to shoot it and so on but for now a up close shot sort of fish tails, further away it straighens out. crazy but i like it but what i dont want to do is this fall wound and lose a deer...........

The farther the arrow gets from the point of initial contact the longer the fletchings have to correct the error in its flight. That's why you're seeing tighter groups farther away from the rest. Definitely a fletch contact issue. You should be able to twist the nocks slightly in the shaft to get the fletching lined up between the rest prongs.

If it's hitting the base of the rest rather than the prongs you either need to re-time the drop of the rest or rasie the rest slightly and the nock set equally.
