Default New hoyt taking long time

I ordered a new hoyt vulcan back in early january and still havn't recieved it from pro shop. They claim there are no 29.5 inch cams yet. I was wondering if anybodyelse had this problem, if its normal, or if I am getting shafted. They are the new vector cams. I always liked hoyt and am thinking of changing to a mathews if this takes much longer.

Not sure where you are, I just saw some this week in one of my local shops. He had a 29" and a 30" on the rack looking for homes, and a bunch of Vectrix and Vectrix XL's. I think maybe the bigger dealers get their stuff a little more consistent than the smaller shops, are you dealing with a smaller shop???

I haven't heard of Hoyt being backed up, but maybe so. It would seem strange that Hoyt wouldn't have the cams well before the bows were introduced. Call them yourself and find out.

I think the shop said they just don't have 29.5. Maybe I will get 30 and not use a loop. Thanks for the help. Have you seen any 29.5s out there.

Yes this is the slow time of season with all the new bow's coming out right now . I know I was looking at the Gaurdian and they also didn't have all the correct mod's to ship out as well . If you really like the Hoyt ,be patient ,you'll be glad that you waited .

Hoyt is way behind, unless you are a sponsered Pro shooter, you have to wait like the rest of us. Been waiting for over two months. 30" dl, 70#, Vulcan. You would think Dealers would have a Bow search hot line to find a Dealer with the bow a customer is looking for. Just like said on here, you seen a 29" and 30" in a shop the other day. Send it to me. If this is off season, I'm glad I ordered one early. LOL
