Default Walks with A Gimp- bow press

Are you still making your bow presses? You are a tough guy to get ahold of

In the last 60 days I've been taking care of my mothers doctor's appointments and her last 2 surgeries have kept me busy. I don't know if I will be making any more bow presses in the future. There is the Ratchet Loc press that will do the same tasks

Thanks Gibb She's doing pretty good, she had surgery on an artery in her neck about 7 months ago and now both femoral arteries in her legs a month apart. She couldn't walk very far before her legs started burning. Doc says this will help her a lot and maybe she can get out and enjoy walking this spring again. Her memory is getting bad though and I worry that she will forget where home is someday... Something we'll all have to deal with someday and our parents but it's payback time for me. I'm the only one around that can help her out and it's going to take up time. It will be time well spent though

Found out yesterday that I'll be going out on voluntary layoff soon so I'll have plenty of time for everything... Not sure about the bow presses though...

Hope she gets up and around soon.

If you decide to make some presses while you are off, shoot me a pm.I might be interested.I like yours better than the ratchet.

If not,I will have to modify mine and I really just don't want to.[]
