Default PSE GRAPHITE FIRE FLITE EXPRESS 95 lb draw??

I just purchased this from a friend of mine who said he couldn't pull it back, I thought he was just weak but when he bought it by I noticed that it was a lot harder than my Bear Instinct 70lb to draw back. I took it to Cabela's today to let them look at it, when they did a pull on it they said it was 95lbs. What is this for? Hunting elephants? I know when I draw it back and fire it you can't see the arrow and the string is tight like a gituar string. It says Fast cam integral system on the tag.
If anyone has any info on this please let me know, what would the fps be on this?

I had a jet flight express which was made on the same riser and though it was a 70 lb bow, it would peak at over 90 lbs if you kept cranking the limb bolts down. I just had to back them out the same # of turns until I got it back to 70 lbs with even tiller.
