Default Arrow shaft push out left on draw?

Okay tuning gurus...what is this an indicator of? Bad form on draw or something relate to the bow? I am setting up my guardian and that is the only thing I am having trouble on. I'm using a dropzone rest and the other thought was that the rest wasn't coming up quick enough to guide the arrow shaft straight back. All input appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Is the nock maybe being pinched?

I tie my nock points in and every once in awhile I won't get my d-loop tight enough and it'll pinch my nock and push my arrow to the left when I draw.

Are you shooting with a loop? Is it slipping?

Edit* Buckeye got to it as I was typing.

I suspect you both are right after checking my loop. Thanks.

I serve in a couple nock sets and then tie my D loop on. You won't ever experience nock pinch again.

Thephoto's a lil' blurry but you get the idea......
