String waxing
I was wondering what you folks do as far as waxing strings? Do you wax just the unserved part of the string or the serving as well? Cables too?

RE: String waxing
Wax it all. The whole purpose is to keep it protected from the elements and from abrasion.

RE: String waxing
If you use a good, quality wax, such as BCY ML-6, it will soak through the serving and condition the string beneath.
