Default Draw weight and Draw length

How does lowering your poundage affect draw length (if it does)?

It shouldn't effect it all. However on some bows depending on cam design if you change the draw length it can effect the draw weight. Again it depends on the cam design.

Adjusting your limb bolts to increase or decrease your draw weight should have no effect on your draw length though.
