Default Tru Fire Five Star Center Nock

I am interested in finding out if anyone on the board uses the Five Star Center Nock unit from Tru Fire.

I'd like to find out what the price in bow speed is if using this unit.

I've not used that one, but on from Tru Ball, which if memory serves weighed less than the one you are asking about. I think you could easily lose 10+ fps.

Is a string or catfish loop not an option for you?

I have tried the five star and have nothing good to say about it.Went to the string loop and never looked back.In my opinion the five star is just a waste of money.

The tech at Tru Fire told me 12 fps so it's a no go. I don't want to give up any more speed.
