07 allegiance making a creaking sound
My new 07 allegiance is making a creaking sound throughout the draw cycle. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Depends on where it's coming from. We need more details; each culprit has a different fix.

It seems like it is coming from the lower cam or limb.

make sure it isn't your module screw rubbing against your limb when you draw, which can happen if they loosen too much - with any module on any cam.

Make sure those module screws are Loctited in place.

It's also possible some dirt or debris has gotten under the cable slide....Those make a lot of noise when they get dirty....

This should be a relatively easy fix. First check the cable slide, then check your module screws. IF thats not it, then take it to a dealer and check the grease in the limb pocket. That should be the only things that could potentially make the noise.
On a better note...I thought for sure I had a cam hitting a limb, only to discover that it was string wax on the limb. Sheesh, I'm paranoid.

Oh, one other thing.....Sometimes when I get too much wax on the cable, it makes some noise in the slide.....
