Release ?...(new to archery)

I have been shooting for a couple of months now
since the weather is bad have been tuning my bow in the basement and everything was fine until i tried a new release that i got
then all my shots were low about 6-8 inches from 15 yards
just wondering why achange in arelease would cause this problem

Did you change any anchor points?
