Helping a friend/alter a bow for a friend

A friend is getting into archery I want to give him my outback. What modification are going to need to be made to the bow for it to work for him. and is it feasible to do

You may have to change the draw length which would require a new cam I think. And if you do that most likely new arrows and re tuning the bow.
