Right or Left wing????

All, I am looking to try some feathers on my new Maximas, they will be right helical. Does it matter if the feathers are right or left wing? What are considered the best feathers on the market?

If you're going to use right-hand helical, you must fletch with right wing fletching.

I've always used Gateway feathers, and have never been disappointed in their quality.

Some will tell you if you shoot right, then fletch right, and vise versa... It really doesn't make any difference.

if u shootin right helical then u really should use right wing, i have use both gateway and trueflite, and i like the truflite a little bit better becuase i think the bases are a little more consitent, but both at great feathers and it would just be up to u which ones u used

Right helical MUST use right wing feathers, and left helical MUST use left wing feathers. If not, the feather will collapse when you shoot it.
