Default Black Ice owners, I need your help!

I having a hell of a time sighting my BI in. My sight is as far left as possible & @ 20yrds the arrow is consistently hitting about 10-12" to the left of center. I just was @ a proshop & had them double check the rest alignment, nock & peep. The height is correct, but way left. Now when I aim just to the right of center, the arrow hits just left of bullseye. Today a friend of mine noticed that the idler wheel is off by about 5 degrees, give or take. But u can definitely look down the string & u can see it's tilted to the left. I also notice this at full draw. Please take a look @ your idlers & let me know if the string is onstraight w/the groove of the idler. Could this be causing my arrows going left by the string getting torqued? By the way I'm shooting 29" @ 70# using a release.

Twist one side of the cable yolk up in order to take the idler lean out.

I had my buddy check out the string and idler angle when I was at full draw and everything was spot on with no lean and the string coming off the idler straight.

It is the same at rest.

Maybe take the bow back to the dealer and see if he can fix it.
