I better get here before Rob does......

I fletch mine helical. It's not as apparent to the eye as it is w/ a longer vane, but it's there, and it's effective.

Rob fletches his offset....as I am SURE he will be eluding to here momentarily.....Either way is fine. Straight isn't the best option though.

I fetch mine helical, the vanes are too small and get only a little helical. It does help with arrow flight when shooting broadheads. My straight blazers that I fletch doesn't seem to stabilize the arrow as good when shooting broadhead or into the wind.

You still get the same degree of helical....short vane or long vane, the percentage is the same. It's just not as apparent because the vane is shorter. The spin you achieve, however, is the same.

EDIT: No Rob yet...hmmm..

Helical and ditto to mobowhunters reply. Don't know what type of rest you use but blazers on a helical seem to work good with my whisker biscuit.

Slight offset for me, same as anything else I fletch. They spin about as well as feathers for me because they are more stiff than most vanes. They are not forgiving at all when it comes to contact issues though.

They are so short that there really isn't much you can do with 'em, however, I do use the RH clamp on my Bitz
