Default New Bow

I've been bow hunting now for the last 5 years w/ a Browning Mirage SX and feel its time to step-up to the Switchback XT. I've shot one before and it was smooth as silk. Those arrows just screamed out of the bow. I'm just curious to get anyones' input on that bow or its competitors. Thanks in advance.

If you like it, buy it. Hell, if you really like it, buy two.

I too was looking for a bow to replace my 5 yr old Golden Eagle. I have been looking @ bows for the past yr. I've shot Ross, Mathews, Jennings, Bear, Bowtech, Diamond, Parker, and a few others.Try them out all out, you might be surprisedhow they handle & feel. Go w/what feels right, not just the name. When you enter the +$600 range, they all shootcomparibly. So tonite, I made my decision. I went w/the Diamond Black Ice.For the $, I could not justify the$150 difference for a few more fps.It is extrememly quiet & fast. No shock. I looked for a short ATA., 31", for hunting out of stand & in a blind. The parallel limbs are also what I was looking for. There are some good posts here, read them for some insight w/the new bows. Good luck.
