Default Broadhead Grain

I'm new to bowhunting and will be purchasing my first bow in another month or so. How do I know what grain broadhead I will need? I've seen anything from 85-115. Thanks in advance.

Yeh, I'd say 85-125. It'll depend on your bow/arrow setup. Do you really want some good onfo? You don't have any need of thinking about broadheads at this point. You have a lot to learn about how to set up a bow, learning how to shoot the bow and how to achieve repeatable shooting form. Broadheads are a long long way off yet. You don't even need to think about them till at least next July.

When you get your arrows, tell us what they are and we could help you more. You would prolbey want to get 90-100 grain boradheads anyway
