Default BowTech speed question

OK guys, here's my question. Im planning on buying a new DC Patriot for 3D. Im looking for a bow thats gonna give me around 300fps. Can the DC Patriot give me these numbers with a 27in. draw set at 70 lbs. shooting 350-380 grain arrows? I probably wont have anything on the string other than a string loop and silencers. What kind of speed do you think this setup will produce out of this bow? How about the BK2?
Thanks guys in advance for all your input!!

Joe

I don't have all the tech/speed sheets for the 2003 line yet but if my calculations are close you should get around 295-300 with a 350 gr. arrow. About another 15 fos slower with a 380 gr. arrow.

These are just mathematical guesses.

Hawgs, The IBO doesn't have any speed limits but yes you're right it's definately illegal for ASA use if it's over 288 fps.

I am shooting a BK II (T)@ 70 lbs, 30" draw & 374 grain arrows over 320 fps.

The 02 Pat would put you @ 268fps 350 grain arrow, 27" & 70lbs. The 02 BK II with same setup would be 284 for tall BH & 294 for short BH. The 03 Pat will be faster from what I am told. Good luck, you can't go wrong with any Bow Tech.
