Which Merlin Bow do you think is most practical for bowhunting, mainly from a treestand with shots out to 35 yards?

The Hunters Quest and Hunters Quest 35 look like nice hunting bows from looking at Pinwheels website....

BigLouie--

I hunt with the Hunter's Quest. I find it a great choice for treestand work and if you are limiting your shots to hunting distances, the shorter ATA will not hamper you much. (I wouldn't try to shoot the 101 yder at Redding with it tho! ) They are extremely quiet also. I took both Turkey at 28yds, and Whitetail at 46yds this year with mine. Neither went over 100 yds after the shot. They will put the arrow where you want them at hunting distances, I have the utmost confidence in my abilities with this bow from my stand.

The HQ35 is a great choice for those who like a little more speed, and would like a bow that is at home on the 3D range as well as hunting. This bow is very accurate for a bow of it's configuration.

The Lite Storm is a little longer,(38&quot and faster still. I recommend the solocam version of this bow for hunting applications, as I feel the twin to be better suited to the 3D range with it's 6.25" brace. (solocam has over 7&quot Very fast, 305 IBO speed with the solo, 320+fps with the twin. (with true drawlength, none of this 1-2" too long stuff)

If you have any further detailed questions, I'll be more than happy to answer them for you. Shoot me an e-mail. Good shooting, Pinwheel 12

Did I just see Pinwheel suggest a SOLOCAM over a dually?? I would like to take a closer look at those myself...No dealers in my area thoughThey do look SWEET though!
