Default need help on bowtech justice!

ok when i noticed my stepson shooting the other day i noticed the arrow was at a significant down ward angle at full draw. we put a level on the sight and a level on the arrow at full draw an they were not even close. i know you are going to have a slight downward angle at full draw but this was not even close to being in the bubble. any ideas on what would cause this.the bow is set to spec a/a and brace height. if they are set close to being level it gets a real high tear high. to get a close bullet hole the loop has to be way over a 1/8 high from center. the arrows are spined correctly with no right or left tear at all. any ideas. thanks

What type of rest are you using with the setup? How do you know the arrows are spined correctly?
