Default NEED HELP

i got a question...i was in the woods today and drew my bow back and heard a clank noise. well i drew it back a few more times and all the sudden the draw length is like 4 inches longer. i cant look through the peep cause that is nopw out of wack. i took it home and realized there was a twig under the string, took that out and it dont make anymore noise. could the draw adjustment slipped due to the string??? i am taking it to rack-attacks shop(archery forum)tomorrow i am just curious on what it could be and hopefullt it wont ruin the rest of my season... Go figure after all that i had a nice buck and a few does come around and all i can do is look at them [:@]

Default RE: NEED HELP

Some bows have more draw length adjustment built into the cam than others, but the draw lenght adjustment " tab " could have slipped and something about the twig made the cable release. That or the cable came off of a wheel somewhere. Get it checked out tomorrow, I don't think you are hurt too bad on this.
