Default arrows

ok ,i've been shooting 65# compound at 31"w/125 thunderhead xx75,2219.is this right so far?
the problem i'm having is back pain between the shouder blades (motorcycle acc.) i may have to step down to 55# for a year.what size arrow will i need, and should i drop down to 100 grain broad head? what will a 100 grain do to te 2219?(i have some laying around now) thanks

You should get along fine with the same arrows. They will be slower so you will have to adjust your site but they should work fine. The 100 grain head will add a little speed but should shoot about the same.
