Default Which SKB case

Help! I am trying to figure out which SKB case will fit the Switchback XT. I had the double case #6002 and just sold it. Wouldn't fit in that, I was thinking the compact 5000. Anyone have an idea?

The new model doble case, 4100 or something,is the only one designed to fit parallel limbs I believe. Go to SKB website and they have a chart that will tell you which model will fit your bow.

I thank you for your help, but don't think it will fit in that one either. Need more like 15 inches inside. I sent them an email to ask them. They don't have the XT on their fit page. They are the best cases there is and when I find out I will post it here for anyone else who is looking for the best case to protect their investment.

It will fit in the rectangular double case... that's what that case was designed for. I have seen several w/ Switchbacks inside.

I would recommend not getting their freedom case, we had 5 in a row delived to the shop brand new that were cracked in shipment. Not too rugged IMHO.

KBacon is on target here. I have the Switchback and have this SKB case and I flew from Ohio to Sask. Canada this past Sept. using it plus used in the small boat to and from the stand every day for five days. It held up and my bow was in perfect shape after all that abuse.

I got a response back the same day from SKB; which shows how great a company they are; telling me that the 4114 is the case I want. Thanks to everyone who responded. I had an SKB double case and flew all over going to IBO and ASA shoots and never once had a problem with my bow or arrows. If you want a case they are the only way to go.
