Default Adjusting a Cobra Sidewinder sight

I just bought a new bow package and had the pro shop set it up. Like a dummy I walked out without the instructions for the Sidewinder sight. I've never used a sight like this and don't know how to adjust. Can someone tell me how to loosen the vert and horiz windage using those wingnut looking screws with the allen screws in the center? I could probably figure it out, but those screws are all tight and I'm afraid I'll brake something if I start trying to unscrew something that shouldn't be messed with. Thanks.
