Default carbon express 350 and ELK

Are arrows in 27" with a 100 grain manus buzzcuttoo light for elk? (8.9gr per in.)

Damn, they really shoot so good IT IS AMAZING! Solved a big tuning issue for me but I'm afraid the might not have enough energy.

ALL comments appreciated!!!!

I dont really know my speed other than I figure the weight to be around 390-400 grains.

Not sure of Speed shooting 69 lbs. they seem very quick! 265ftper+????

265 @ 390-400 & buzzcuts is well more than enough.

Not that I've ever hunted elk, but I know there have been plenty killed with a lot less.

I believe that's more than enough for elk. This year I switch from Goldtip 55/75 to the 250. They fly pretty good. My total arrow weight is around 360 with 61# dw. I have no problem with these numbers in the past. Good luck.

I do not have any trouble taking down elk with my setup. So you should be fine. Here is a calculator for you to check you KE.
