Default Cam marks do not lign up

Hi everybody
I have a mathews ultra 2 . Just had the strings changed yesterday, when I got the bow home I noticed that the cam marks(marks to show me string stretch) were off by a almost a half a inch to the strethced side.meaning that even with a fully "broke" in string, my cam marks would not be off than more than a quarter inch at the most.

To put it simply, my cam marks are off more than a half an inch than they were two years ago when i had the strings changed...before I take this bow back, can any of you tell me what might be going on? I checked the poundage and it is correct...I also checked cable positionand it is on the "no 1 slot on the cam

I havent shot the bow yet...

Take the bow back and tell your tech about your timing marks (he should have put it in time to begin with), and have him readjust the string, (add/subtract twists).
