Default 2" blazers, whiskey biscuit, and fixed blade broadheads..

2" blazers, whiskey biscuit, and fixed blade broadheads..

WIth this setup should I put the blazers on with a helical or straight. I like to fletch my own arrows, but the only way my grayling works is with a 6 degree helical. Is the the right thing to do with the biscuit?? Shooting carbon express arrows and a Mathews Legacy bow

the blazers should work fine with the wb, but i would fletch mine straight. If you are using the grayling single fletcher, they sell replacement clamps for 11.99 on cabelas that you can get in straight, right helical, or left helical. Im not sure if they right helical will work anyway, so im no help on that.I am about to buy that exact fletcher, does it work pretty good for you or are you dissapointed with it?

I have this exact set up shooting Montecs with 2" Blazers on Gold Tip 5575 arrows.I fletched mine straight with the Grayling. They are flying very eractic. Any suggestions. Just had my Switchback XT tuned and field points fly great. Do I need to re-fletch with a helical?

Blazers (w/ right helical), Whisker Buscuit, Easton Axis ST's And Montec Broadheads. They fly like darts!

Use the helical and don't look back.

Mergrath: good to see you have your setup complete and shooting well. Good luck with it.

Thanks for the info. Looks like I have a lot of stripping and re-fletching to do. I just found this site by accident. It is awesome.

Thanks all. Computer has been down so I couldn't get back on and reply. I am going to fletch mine tonight with the helical and will report back..

The grayling fletcher works just fine for me. Couldn't be happier..
