Montecs

I jsut got some montecs the other day ( so i can sharpen them) i have noticed a whistleing sound. Any body else notice this not worried about the hunt my hoyt will get em there fast enough it wont matter

I just shot some today, I really like them, and will be using them this year. They do whistle for sure, I wouldn't sweat it though...

Yup, they whistle... I have some. Also have some stingers and the Montecs are more noisy.. Not much but they are...

Don't use Montecs and haven't tried this, but I've heard that scuffing up the sides of the blades (not the edges of course)with some sandpaper will cut down on some of the whistling sound.
