Default Limb saver question

I'm putting some new limb savers and string leeches on my bow for the up coming archery season. Should the limb savers just be placed in the middle of the limbs or favor one end? Same thing with the leeches, should they be closer to the cams or the nock? Any help would be appreciated.

Default RE: Limb saver question

Usually most of the shock and vibraction of a limb comes more from the top, so anywhere from th emiddle to the upper part of the uppper limb works good, and the middle to the bottom of the bottom limb. so anywhere from the middle of limbs towards the cams should work. As for the leeches, usually 1/4 of the way down from the cam and 1/4 from the lower cam.

What wis bow huntr said was correct. I will just add I once used alcohol to clean the limb first and it took off the writng on the limb I think itwas where it said Mathews.
