Bowtech recommends to use LocTite on them, did you put that on? Otherwise I've had them freeze/rust in and basically had to use either a good quality hex set (and yes did twist one before) or worst case I've had to drill it out before. Seems once the head was drilled off the shank came out easy. Otherwise I'd take it to a proshop and have them do it.
