Default Mathews XT Drawweight

Does anybody know if i turned my limbbolts out 1 turn each, how many pounds that would equal. I have a switchback xt set at #64.i think that my arrows are underspined andmy scale is whacked out. I thought I heard that you can get a close estimate this way.
