Default what should i use!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have a browning micro adrenaline set at 50lbs and 23 1/2 draw length with a whisker biscuit and a release and i wanted to know what kind of arrows should i use i really like the easton excell because of there price and perforence but i dont know what spine is or any thing like that and i was also wonderin if i should cut the arrows or what?and on the arrow it says it is a 400 with a 8.1 gpi but i have no idea what that is please help me!!!!

Excel 500's would work very well for you.

That's spine deflection. The heavier bow you shoot w/ longer draw length, you need a stiffer arrow.

300's are stiffer than 400's are stiffer than 500's.

You know MoBow - I just noticed from your post here that life is like spine deflection -

In my 30's I was stiffer then in my 40's and will likely be even less stiff in my 50's
