Default anyone know what these numbers mean?

What do these numbers mean: 6- 1916 when talking about arrows?

Might mean 6 aluminum arrows that are 1916 maybe

Don't knowabout the "6", but the 1916 means that the arrow diameter is 19/64" and the thickness of the arrow wall it 16/1000"
